2nd Shift (Mon-Thurs 4:20 pm to 2:50 am).

Establish and operates factory tools, e.g., mills, turrets, drill presses, etc., to mill material and drill gaps depending requirements without supervision.
Inspects and steps finished jobs with micrometers, calipers, verniers, etc., to make certain conformance to specifications.
Ability to make use of Coordinate Measuring Machines(CMM).
Should attach to all EH & & S regulations and policies and also go to related training programs.
Adhere to the EH & & S roles and duties according to the Cargo Policy MP5322.
Encounter with machining tooling and models.
Conclusion of accredited operator program.
Able to carry out all SPC features and keep all called for documents around date.
Functioning knowledge of machine control languages.
High usage of all company information collection systems (dispatches, datapass, autotime, WinSPC,).

NEED TO HAVE A WORKING UNDERSTANDING OF A WIDE RANGE OF CUTTING DEVICES SUCH AS BUT NOT LIMITED TO MILLS, DRILLS, CARBIDE INSERTS, AND RANGE OF TOOL STEELS.
