Salary: BASE $65-75k PLUS COMMISSION ~ 95K
Home office based with travel approximately 6-10 days a month.
Territory-WI, MN, SD, ND and the UP of MI. Familiarity with the territory's geographic sales area and the customers within that area is preferred.  Company provided vehicle, employee choice up to $25,000. Laptop, fax machine and other home office equipment provided including cell phone and paid phone expenses. Company provided Client card for all company expenses. Relocation assistance is provided. Commission paid quarterly. Total annual compensation approximately $95k. Four year degree in engineering or business and a minimum 5 years experience selling engineered products-displacement pumps and or other rotating equipment. Technical background selling engineered products rather than commodity sales, industry experience (pumps) preferred. Our client has a strong support staff of application engineers and field service techs but the sales rep should be technically sound to intelligently answer customer questions. Skills in time management, scheduling, customer reporting, and distributor/representative management is critical to success. The main responsibilities will include managing industrial distributors and municipal representatives, selling direct to OEM & selected direct accounts, while sustaining our aggressive sales growth rates throughout the assigned territory.
