My story
Meet Roger Dodger JuM, he is enjoying his foster home couch!Give a man a fish and he eats for a day, teach a man how to fish and he eats forever. Wise words. Now I am wondering if anyone can teach me how to fish for hotdogs. I want to eat hotdogs forever. I am putting that on my list of life goals: 1. Learn how to fish for hotdogs 2. Grow my hair back 3. Get a home 4. Catch the ogre that guards the bridge and teach him how to fish for hotdogs so he isnt so ogrey all the time.Hotdogs cure all. Missus Theresa gives me hotdogs every day and magically my hair is growing back. Hotdogs the wonder cure! (Note from Volunteer: There was actually some medicine hidden in some of those hotdogs, so the medicine is the reason his hair is growing back, not the hotdogs).I am a 3 year old male uh, uh, er, uh, breed yet to be determined. I have heard anything from American Bulldog to Great Pyrenees (GP). Without my hair it is difficult to put a finger on it. I dont have dew claws like GPs. My legs are very long and I am super tall, my ears are flippy. One of the other reasons I am hard to guess, is I need to gain quite a few pounds, I weigh 65 lbs and might get to 80 lbs if I gain all my weight and muscle back, as a guess.I am silly and goofy and I am always ready to play. Tag, you are it! I like to play tag with people and then stop for a minute for hugs. I will play with all dogs, big and small, of course compared to me most dogs could fit in the small category.Since my hair was missing and my skin was irritated from non-contagious Demondex mange, my skin was the color of a piggie, very pink, but it is getting better each day. I sport a tee shirt when I am out in the sun to protect my fragile skin and if I do admit, I also look pretty cool. When I am not playing, my favorite hot weather pastime is lounging on my big bed in front of the fan. I hope you will not mind that I am undetermined of breed and also I hope you will help me fish for hotdogs. I will share! Do you want to adopt me?Basics:Roger Dodger JuM- male, 3 years, 65 lbs now will be maybe 80 lbs, American Bulldog/Great Pyrenees mix (maybe!!!), good with dogs, white, happy and playful and silly, he is healing up from poor nutrition and demodex mange (the non contagious kind of mange), he would love to have a home waiting for him once he is all better and ready to move!!!GOD'S DOGS Rescue, in San Antonio TX, does not have a shelter.
